From upgrading your operating system, to rebuilding your master boot record, to tutoring, we can help. For most of our services we charge $69.99 initial in-home troubleshooting along with a $29.99 charge per additional hour. If the problem is too severe or would take too much of your own time, our technicians will advise you to let us take the defective system back to our shop to work on for only $99.99 without having to pay the initial home charge. Although these are our basic prices, Phoenix Tech understands that each individual computer problem is unique, and we're therefore willing to negotiate our prices depending on the severity of your problem. Basic Services

Overnight Overhaul: Has your computer been sluggish lately? This may be due to malicious software (malware) such as spyware, adware, or viruses gobbling up system resources. We'll take the system back to our shop where we'll work all night in removing these malicious software to further optimize your system.

*Device Installation: Internal or external, we'll install and configure any new hardware (RAM, printers, scanners, etc.) that you wish to add to your system. Not sure what your computer could use? Our technicians can help you choose the device that best suits your needs, order it, then install it.

Setup/Disposal

*New Computer Setup: Let us save you the headache of setting up a new computer, so you can get right to enjoying your new technology. If you like, we'll erase all data on your old system and remove it free of charge.

Computer Disposal: We'll protect your privacy by destroying all personal data on your old system, and ensure that it is properly recycled, protecting the environment. This is a free service offered by Phoenix Tech and you will not be held liable of any charges regarding this service.

*Home Network Setup: Our technicians will configure your network so you can share an internet connection, files, and printers. Price will vary depending on your unique situation.

Data

Data Recovery: Lost all your files? In most cases we can recover them, let us take your computer back to the shop where our specialists will rescue your data.

Data Backup: Secure your data with us. A technician will copy all of your critical information to a disk and leave it with you for safekeeping.

Data Migration: Getting a new computer? Wish you could take your old files with you? We've got you covered.

Tutoring
